Beautiful, private, stylish glampsite with 14' x 16' large luxury tent with wood stove, king bed and an 8' x 10' canvas tent with 2 camping cots, fire pit, pond, outdoor shower (shared with The Ferns), and outhouse with composting toilet. Named one of the top ten glampsites in New England by USA Today. The Pines at Glamp Frogmore features a beautiful tent with king bed and futon, a smaller canvas tent with 2 camping cots, fresh water supply, firewood, pots and pans, utensils, plates, and drink ware. Spend time unplugging and playing cards, horseshoes, or corn hole, cooking on the campfire, eating around the outdoor table, reading in the hammock, or rowing in the rowboat around our small pond. Many activities and hikes nearby including a private path to the Maxwell Mays Audubon Refuge or swimming in the lake at Camp Westwood. The site can sleep 6. The 14' x 16' tent can accommodate 4 in a king bed, and full-size futon (pillows, comforter, and sheets provided for the king bed only). The 8' x 10' tent can accommodate 2 people with two camping cots (sleeping bags, pads, and pillows NOT provided for the smaller tent). Take a walk on our Pond Trail that will bring you to our small pond where you can paddle around in the rowboat, sit and enjoy nature in our Adirondack chairs, or play corn hole or horseshoes on the horseshoe pit. 30 minutes from Newport's beautiful beaches, Narragansett, the city of Providence, Watch Hill, and Mystic, CT. Close to local breweries, vineyards, bike trails, and hikes. 2.5 hours to NYC and 1.5 hours to Boston.
